As a driver seeking services from Custom Bandag, I had never had any issues before. I had eight tires replaced, and as part of the deal, I was given a discount for a full truck alignment. I returned to the shop and waited my turn, as usual, after explaining the reason for my visit. While waiting for the work to be done, I discussed the wear on my front tire with the staff, trying to understand the cause. The mechanic took my truck into the bay but only performed a front-end alignment; he claimed he didn't have time and said he had understood the job to be just a front-end alignment rather than a full one. They tried to charge me $225 for just the front-end alignment and told me to come back another day. I refused to pay because I wanted the full alignment. The manager then got angry, saying he hated customers like me and telling me never to come back, all while continuing to complain to the others. As a customer, I was expecting the full alignment, and I don't understand why he took such a negative attitude toward me. I don't believe it is my fault that their team had a communication breakdown—hearing "front-end alignment" instead of the full alignment that was promised when I boug

I stopped in with the company truck to get a leaking tire repaired, the guys were quick. They removed and identified the leak, repaired it, and had me back on the road in no time. The price was fair and I'll be back to purchase tires soon.

I bought two 600 dollar 16 ply Michelins for the front of my truck and new rims. I changed my kingpins and tie rod ends and got an alignment done that same week because I didn't want to damage my brand new MICHELIN TIRES. Three months after purchased, the tire on the right side started disintegrating; loosing chunks of tread. I Brought it back to get it changed under warranty. They said "no", because "I did that to the tires", "the road was chewing them up". I've had goodyear tires, continental tires and even at one point Chinese tires in the front, and this NEVER HAPPENED. THANK YOU CUSTOM BANDAG FOR SELLING ME GARBAGE TIRES, AND THANK YOU FOR YOUR EXCELENT COSTUMER SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER COME BACK TO YOU GUYS FOR ANYTHING. You will not even take the courtesy to respond to this review. EXCELENT COSTUMER SERVICE

Zero Stars. Made an appointment. told them the vehicle type. showed up. waited four hours. I had one guy say he hadn't done that type of vehicle in his life. another guy say vehicle wouldn't fit in the bay due to an incline. waste of time. if you couldn't service my vehicle, you should have said so when i booked the appointment instead of giving me the run-a-round. It would have been fine with me.
